Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffee drinks with precision and care.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Learn and demonstrate latte art techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
