Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, tea, and other drinks according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times to ensure food safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
- Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a barista is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for coffee and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
