Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, efficient interactions
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in hospitality
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and equipment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods and lifting supplies
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
