Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for hospitality? PT Bali General Supply is seeking a talented and motivated Barista to join our professional team in Kuta Selatan. As our Barista, you will be the face of our coffee service, responsible for maintaining high quality standards, engaging with guests, and ensuring that our coffee bar operates smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, taking orders and answering guest inquiries with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace including the espresso machine, grinders, and service area.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other consumables to ensure stock availability.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards during all preparation and service processes.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment maintenance and area deep-cleaning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, grind settings, and extraction techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate proficient milk texturing and latte art skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with local and international guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus.
