Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following Core Coffee Lab's premium standards
- Master latte art techniques and present visually stunning coffee creations
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Train on new brewing methods and seasonal menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in a high-volume café
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, French press)
- Proven latte art skills with ability to create intricate designs
- Strong communication skills and passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic understanding of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
