Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Create beautiful latte art and visually appealing drinks to enhance the customer experience.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, refrigerators, and storage areas.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Follow food safety and health regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and milk texturing.
- Demonstrated ability to perform latte art (heart, rosetta, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
