Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, tables, and equipment.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase average ticket sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not strictly required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail regarding taste and presentation.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
