Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and other ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and service areas
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee bean varieties
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
