- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment following strict quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all café areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and menu items
Kualifikasi
- Highly motivated with strong initiative and proactive work ethic
- Exceptional honesty and integrity in handling cash and inventory
- Disciplined approach to punctuality and following standard procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak business hours
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee techniques
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
