In this role, you will work closely with our kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and cold brews, following strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a pristine coffee station by cleaning milk jugs, coffee machines, grinding equipment, and serving areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions about our menu, and provide recommendations to ensure a satisfying customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate any shortages or needs to the manager promptly.
- Operate espresso machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic troubleshooting when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, attendance, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in training new staff members and participate in team meetings to improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not strictly required for enthusiastic candidates.
- A strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and friendly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, processing transactions, and making change accurately.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (e.g., coffee bags, supplies).
