- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork orientation
