Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including counters, seating areas, and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, pastries, and cups to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Process customer payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Clean and maintain the espresso machine and coffee brewing tools according to daily maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and basic food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact warmly with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
