Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, coffee, and artisanal tea drinks.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive cafe experience.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including grinders and espresso machines, following safety and hygiene standards.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions via EDC machines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the service counter and seating area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell products and provide expert recommendations to guests regarding our menu.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy cafe setting.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding beverage quality and workstation cleanliness.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and credit card terminals (EDC).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
