Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and pour-overs according to cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, and cafe supplies, reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to maintain quality consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the cafe.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational Hospitality degree is a plus).
- Strong interest and willingness to learn about coffee origins, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours efficiently.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- A team player with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
