Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a pristine and organized coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently to meet service demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the restocking of supplies to prevent shortages.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine operation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid work permit or ability to work legally in Indonesia is required.
