Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Manage inventory control for coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Process customer orders and payments accurately through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
