- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately.
- Restock ingredients, milk, syrups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in light cleaning duties and inventory management as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be honest, disciplined, and able to follow instructions and company rules strictly.
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage orders and service during peak hours.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
