- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients, milk, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Assist in training new staff members and upholding brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
