Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty coffee drinks.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers, including sanitizing workstations and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Assist in food preparation and bakery display to ensure freshness and attractive presentation.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in every cup.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or bakery is a plus, but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and the hospitality sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo a 3-month training period to become a permanent employee.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
