Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and other menu items according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Upsell products and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve technical skills and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B/Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Passionate about coffee culture and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during peak hours.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in developing new technical skills in coffee brewing.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
