Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order taking
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required for passionate beginners
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
