As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the inviting atmosphere that our regulars love. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages following strict quality standards.
- Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Perform regular stock opname and inventory management for coffee beans, milk, and other consumables.
- Operate professional espresso machines and maintain equipment functionality.
- Assist in managing point-of-sale transactions and handling customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming cafe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based position with a flexible schedule.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and maintaining high standards of service.
