In this position, you will play a crucial role in our service operations. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional guest experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee bar, dining service areas, and back-of-house storage.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Assist the culinary and front-of-house teams during peak hours to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies, reporting shortages or needs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or Barback is a strong advantage but not strictly required.
- A strong willingness to learn, grow, and work effectively within a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred but training will be provided.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
