Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using professional techniques
- Manage coffee station inventory and maintain equipment hygiene
- Develop seasonal drink specials to enhance customer experience
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation standards
- Collaborate with fitness team to create wellness-focused menu options
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee products
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Participate in promotional events and community engagement
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service with multilingual ability (English/Indonesian)
- Basic food handling certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
