Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for ordering and processing payments.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Assist in restocking inventory such as milk, syrups, pastries, and cups.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and managing cash drawers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn and perfect brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
