Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell coffee products, pastries, and other menu items to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
