Homi Coffee and Space is looking for a dedicated and energetic Barista to join our growing team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. As a Barista at Homi, you won't just be making coffee; you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued and every cup served meets our gold standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and non-coffee drinks consistently.
- Maintain a pristine, clean, and organized workstation, bar, and customer seating area throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and handling special requests professionally.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including processing payments and balancing the cash drawer accurately.
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and assist with inventory management and ingredient replenishment.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, bean profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their cafe experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; certification from a barista course is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee shop setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and espresso extraction techniques.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
