Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and prompt service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and garnishes
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience
- Train new staff on beverage preparation and service protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food and beverage coordination
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of barista or café experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso brewing techniques and latte art
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and flavor profiles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification preferred
