Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service area and kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques to enhance our menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
