As a Barista, you will be responsible for the entire coffee-making process, from grinding beans to steaming milk and serving the final product. You will ensure that every drink meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and refreshments according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and making recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock items as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure a complete and satisfying customer experience.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and adhere to cash handling policies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality/food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Enthusiastic about coffee and willing to learn new techniques.
