Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to strict company standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee machine and service area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock ingredients, milk, cups, and other supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Learn and adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to learn new recipes, brewing techniques, and brand standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
