Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and fresh juices, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences and daily menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station, pastry display case, and dining area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot commercial coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring optimal performance throughout the shift.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and ensure a positive dining experience, resolving any complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, and reporting shortages to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality/culinary industry is preferred but not required; passion for coffee and service is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely and effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and calculating orders accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
