Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee station, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, beans, and ingredients to ensure operational efficiency
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Continuously expand coffee knowledge through training and product research
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred, but fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in coffee culture and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
