Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and custom orders according to company recipes.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to manage inventory levels, track stock usage, and place timely orders for supplies.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment by adhering to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation area and dining space.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth service flow.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in training new staff members on brewing techniques and proper equipment maintenance procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and patience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and espresso machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
