Tanggung Jawab
- Brewing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries according to Ponda-C Coffee standards.
- Operating espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interacting with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and friendly dining experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, dining area, and storage.
- Adhering strictly to company rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and health regulations at all times.
- Assisting with food preparation and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
