Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, with precision.
- Craft protein smoothies and healthy drink options according to customer preferences and recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, seating area, and equipment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Restock supplies, including milk, syrups, and snacks, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to strict health and safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes is a strong plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Possession of a valid work permit in Indonesia.
