PT Rancangan Usaha Mugni Afiata is seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic hospitality team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Barista, you'll craft exceptional coffee experiences using manual brewing techniques while delivering warm, personalized service to our valued customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees using manual brewing methods (pour-over, French press, AeroPress)
- Ensure coffee quality meets company standards through consistent grinding, dosing, and extraction
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee equipment, workstations, and service areas
- Monitor and replenish coffee supplies, syrups, and dairy products
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in food service
- Proficiency in manual brewing techniques and coffee extraction methods
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings
- Basic computer literacy for order processing
