- Prepare specialty coffee and beverages using precise techniques per company SOPs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and sanitation standards rigorously
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support inventory management and supply restocking operations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events

Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
