Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment sanitization and counter maintenance.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist in promoting seasonal specials and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing service role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory counts.
