Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment efficiently
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Develop product knowledge through continuous training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience or formal coffee training preferred
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setting
- Basic English fluency (additional languages a plus)
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee quality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
