You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our store's excellence through meticulous drink preparation, efficient service, and proactive operational management. Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages following company SOPs.
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Operate the POS system accurately and manage daily cash flow procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Report operational concerns or equipment maintenance needs to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS software and inventory management systems.
