- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistent quality and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas following hygiene protocols
- Operate coffee machinery safely and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Assist in inventory management of coffee supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista experience preferred or strong passion for coffee preparation
