Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and signature specialty drinks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and managing payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and milk supplies.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their flavor preferences.
- Perform daily maintenance and calibration of espresso machines and grinders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the latest brewing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, grind settings, and milk texturing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on team success and customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
