Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering product-related questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Proactively restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables as needed.
- Ensure all coffee brewing equipment is properly maintained and cleaned daily.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere to ensure efficient daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a fast-paced café environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee craftsmanship.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure during peak hours.
