Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee preparation areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and order materials as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create seasonal coffee-based wellness beverages
- Train new staff on coffee preparation protocols and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Certification in coffee brewing techniques (SCA preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
