Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and cold brews, strictly following established recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar area at all times, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Restock ingredients, milk, syrups, and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in training junior staff members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Barista in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality presentation of food and beverages.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
