Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, and seasonal Korean-inspired drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment while ensuring hygiene and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, recommendations, and personalized interactions
- Prepare and display bakery items, snacks, and brunch menu offerings according to recipes
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing timely supply orders
- Uphend cleanliness of the cafe, including counter, seating area, and preparation stations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure efficient operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage ingredients
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
