Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to Coffeebay standards.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all cafe guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food display cases.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of fresh bakery items and brunch menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding recipe consistency and drink presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
