Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and garnishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including counter, equipment, and seating spaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product varieties
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
