Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Master espresso machine operation and maintenance techniques
- Create visually appealing latte art and coffee presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all coffee preparation areas
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop coffee expertise
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Genuine passion for coffee and willingness to develop technical skills
- Previous barista experience preferred but fresh graduates welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
